03. Inquiry & Service Engagement

No Binding Contract

The information provided on this Site and the contact forms constitute an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Submitting an inquiry or project blueprint does not create a service contract or a legal partnership between you and Inka Valley.

Formal Agreement

A binding legal agreement for software development services will only be formed once a formal Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) is signed by both parties.

In these Terms, "User Content" shall mean any text, images, or project details you submit to this Site via our contact forms.

Confidentiality

We respect the sensitivity of your business ideas. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we treat project inquiries as confidential.

License

By submitting non-confidential feedback or public testimonials, you grant Inka Valley a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit said content.
